Surprised?

Had you read A Christmas Carol before? Did anything surprise you in the book?

It was the first time I read it but I watch the movie every Christmas so I don't really remember anything surprising me.

It talked about some of the rooms in his house being let out for businesses. I didn't know that. It was my first time reading it. I was also surprised at how short it was.
