Favorite books are the Anne series and Emily series by L.M Montgomery, the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling, Timeline and Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton,just about everything by Shannon Hale (especially Goose Girl and Book of A Thousand Days), the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull, the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini, the Hunger Games trilogy and Gregor series by Suzanne Collins, the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, and Leviathan series by Scott Westerfeld. I add to my favorites list all the time!

I'd say that my favorite characters were probably Melanie and Rhett. Melanie because she is sweet and kind in almost all instances and so loyal to people who don't necessarily deserve it.
Rhett because he is interesting, honest for the most part, and fun to read. He had his many flaws but
he brought me to tears in the moment he cried in Melanies lap.
I forgot Will. I liked Will. He was someone who really didn't need to have any loyalty to Tara, but he did.
He did the kind thing at Gerald's funeral and with his marriage.
He seemed to be a very background character that I would have liked to know more about.
I was actually emotionally invested in all of the characters. I liked Rhett a lot but I also wanted to shake him. I even admired some things about Scarlett but she was not generally very easy to like. Melanie was my favorite. I have read this twice and cried both times when she died.
Yeah. I cried then too.
My favorite character was Scarlett. She was such an integral part of the story. I didn't always "like" what she did and how she treated others but she was quite an amazing person. I disliked Jonas Wilkerson the most. He was just what they called him..."white trash".
