Peter
Why doesn't Peter get in trouble for destroying Klara's chair? Do you think he deserved to be rewarded?

I think he didn't get in trouble for a few reasons:
First he had punished himself so much already with the fear of being caught.
And the fact that Klara was walking.
He may have got in trouble if she hadn't got better and still needed the chair.
I don't think he deserved to be rewarded.... but with something as wonderful as Klara being able to walk happening I think everyone was in the greatest of spirits and wanted to reward everyone!
