teamwork

They were there to encourage, help, and endure the hardships of their climbs as a unit. No one person on that team could have accomplished the climb to the summit on his own...it took teamwork. In fact, the leader had to quit before the summit but still helped the others to make it to the top with his advice and leadership.
all of them needed each other and leaned on each other to make it to the top.
