Favorite books are the Anne series and Emily series by L.M Montgomery, the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling, Timeline and Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton,just about everything by Shannon Hale (especially Goose Girl and Book of A Thousand Days), the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull, the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini, the Hunger Games trilogy and Gregor series by Suzanne Collins, the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, and Leviathan series by Scott Westerfeld. I add to my favorites list all the time!

This is the first time I have read the book and I really enjoyed it. Dumas is an excellent writer. I can't think of a favorite part as I liked the whole book but I did like the transformation that came across Dantes in the prison when he finally met Faria and finally after so long had a friend and teacher and fellow prisoner...now he was not alone.
It was not my first time reading it but it has been so many years since I read it that it felt like the first time.
I loved it. I am excited to read more of his books.
