I can only recall three main enemies: Fernand, Villefort, and Danglers. Fernand was jealous of Dantes because Mercedes loved Dantes and not him. He was part in the betrayal to get rid of Dantes so he could marry Mercedes. Later, when others find out about his other betrayals and the deaths of others and the kind of man he was he loses his son and wife and position and all that he has. Villefort choses to see Dantes sent to Chateau d'If because of the involvement Dantes has with the note from Napoleon. He fears anyone who is a Bonapartist as that threatens his political position. In the end he loses so many that he loves because of the poisoning done by his wife and even "loses" his daughter. Danglers was a former shipmate of Dantes and is jealous because Captain Morrell will be promoting Dantes over him. He participates in the betrayal of Dantes and then goes on to ruin the Captain and many others because of his desire for money and power. In the end his wife destroys him and leaves him in financial ruin.
Mercedes I wouldn't consider an enemy becasue she loves Dantes so much but because she does not remain true to Edward and marries Fernand in the end she finds out what kind of man she married and leaves all her riches and life behind to go to a convent and loses Edward in the end "when he returns from the dead".
