Uncle Andrew
Uncle Andrew believes that certain people, because of their superior intelligence, do not have to follow the same rules that ordinary people must. Do you agree?

not at all but I think we all know and have seen people that think that way.
He believes that he is above the rules of normal behavior because he thinks he is brilliant.
There are people that do believe that. He thinks that he can do whatever he wants and use other people to accomplish what he is afraid to do. With that he lets evil loose and also has to pay a price himself when the witch comes to his world.
