Eustace
What was your opinion of Eustace? Why do you think he was the way he was? How and why did he change during the course of the book?

He was a very spoiled, mean little kid.
I think he hadn't had a reason to be brave or kind before. He hadn't been exposed to those kind of situations. He had probably been told he was the best most of his life.
He changed as he had to become brave. He had to look out for others and take a long look at himself and why he changed.
The way his parents were and the way the brought him up made him feel he was better than anyone else and was really mean, a little lier in benefit to himself, and so spoiled. Being changed into a Dragon and then meeting Aslan changed him and gave him courage to do right and to help others.
