Bullies
Have you ever encountered a bully? If so, what did you do? Do you think the Herdmans were handled well?

Favorite books are the Anne series and Emily series by L.M Montgomery, the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling, Timeline and Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton,just about everything by Shannon Hale (especially Goose Girl and Book of A Thousand Days), the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull, the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini, the Hunger Games trilogy and Gregor series by Suzanne Collins, the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, and Leviathan series by Scott Westerfeld. Yes, I have seen bullies. I just tried to ignore them. Some scared me and I really didn't want anything to do with them. I think I would have been scared of the Herdmans. They were not handled well by most people but I think Mother really did a good job!
I was bullied almost every day in sixth grade when we first moved to Utah. I tried to ignore it and brush it off and then felt bad when I got home from school. I found solace in my best friend at the time that was also bullied by the same kids and eventually it went away.
