Favorite books are the Anne series and Emily series by L.M Montgomery, the Harry Potter series by JK Rowling, Timeline and Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton,just about everything by Shannon Hale (especially Goose Girl and Book of A Thousand Days), the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull, the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini, the Hunger Games trilogy and Gregor series by Suzanne Collins, the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, and Leviathan series by Scott Westerfeld. I add to my favorites list all the time!

I'd say either rat or mole.... probably mole. He seemed to keep his head most of the time and always be there for the others.
I would agree with Cheryl. Sometimes I would like a rat for a friend, but not all the time. And I wouldn't want Toad or Badger for a friend. Toad is to outrageous and Badger is too controlling.
I agree...either Rat or Mole. Rat was wise and good and Mole was a good friend in return.
