Okay this one is easy! I love Atticus. He just stands for what is right. He doesn't care who criticizes him or what the consequences are. I love that he does not waver, ever. He knows that Tom will be convicted but he still puts himself in danger by standing guard at the courthouse and by providing a rock solid defense for Tom.
People like Atticus are the ones who make change happen.
My favorite is Atticus as well. I think he is a great man who strives to do what is right no matter what. Like you quoted in another question.. he was the same on the streets and at home and that is a hard thing to do.
He really was a honorable man and a good father. I wish the town had more of him.
I have two favorites: Atticus and Calpurnia. Atticus was deep down a really good and wise and caring and honest man. Calpurnia was such a good woman and really cared for the Finch family and taught and loved Jem and Scout so much. She was a good substitute for the mother they did not have. She was true to them and to her people.

My all time favorite character is Atticus, mostly because he is so wise and kind and accepting and honest. He is what i want to be. But i can't help but thinking of Calpurnia. She is such a strong intelligent woman and i don't think she get the praise and acclaim that is owed to her. She seems to know what is really going on and is just really cool.
I love Atticus too, he has to be my favorite. But I think Jem is such a cute little guy, trying to be like his dad. I love Scout's spunk... I really liked Miss Maudie... she has so many good characters!
