The Power of a Word
We’re introduced to the ever-important Word at the very beginning of the
book. In what ways does the Word hold power in the story? In what ways
do words hold power in your life? Are there times when words can serve
as weapons? When do words become tools for good?

The Word was a series of words that were found through quests. All the Words together were supposed to destroy Maldor, the wicked King. Words in life can have great importance. They can be lies that destroy truth, words of anger that hurt, words of praise, words of endearment, words that show love, and words in books that teach and entertain.
I think words do have a lot of power. They can hurt, heal, inspire change, cause hatred...
