Kit and Nat
When did you first suspect there might be something between Nat and Kit? How did Speare craft things so this relationship made sense?

At first he seemed very conceited and seemed to be ignoring Kit. But then he would talk to her and treat her nice before acting aloof again. Later when I found that he was being so good to Hannah and helping Kit later with Hannah and Prudence then I felt something might be "going on" with him and his feelings for Kit and her feelings for him.
I knew it from the beginning. I'm not sure why, but I thought they would end up together.
On the ship at the beginning. I liked him the most.
